Privacy Policy

Temple of Anima is a small independent business. I collect only what I need to send you your order or your letters, and nothing more.

What I collect

When you place an order: your name, email, postal address and payment details. When you subscribe: your email address, name and surname.

How payment works

Card details are handled by Squarespace Payments and Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

What I do with it

I use your details to fulfil your order, respond to your messages, and — if you’ve subscribed — send occasional letters. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it beyond the services needed to run this shop: Squarespace, Stripe, and my email provider.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe, and removed shortly after.

Your rights

You may ask me what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask for a copy in a portable format, or object to how it’s being used. Every letter has an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough. Write to hello@templeofanima.com and I’ll take care of it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand roughly how people move through the pages. When you arrive, you can accept or decline the non-essential ones.

Where your data lives

Squarespace stores data on servers in the United States, under the transfer safeguards set out in Squarespace’s data processing agreement.

If you’re in the EU and unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
