About

Hola, I’m Carmen, the hands behind Temple of Anima.

I studied law. Somewhere in those years it became clear I was building a life on the outside of myself, and that the way back in was going to take a while. It did.

What followed was a decade of learning how to nourish body and soul properly. Plant-based nutrition. Herbalism. Gut health. Food psychology. Pilates. Reiki. My curiosity also led me into the healing traditions of different cultures, from Chinese medicine and Ayurveda to European herbalism.

I didn’t collect these. Each one came out of a question the last one left me with.

Temple of Anima is where that gathers.

It isn’t a system or a protocol. It’s an invitation to live closer to your own rhythm, to eat, rest, move, and mark time in a way that belongs to you rather than to the schedule you were handed.

I live between Spain and Australia, and wherever calls in between. What I’ve learned across all of it is simple: you arrive already knowing who you are. The work is remembering.

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
